Privacy Policy

Information you give us

• Price reports: when you report a price, we store the item, size, price, state, optional city and date. We do not ask for your name or email address in the price form.
• Messages: if you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you include in the message.

Information collected automatically

• Server and security logs: like most websites, our server records IP addresses, browser type and pages requested. We use this to keep the site secure and working.
• Rate limiting: to stop spam, we store a temporary, hashed form of your IP address for up to 24 hours when you submit a price report.
• Your state choice: if you pick a state, it is saved in your own browser's local storage so the site can show local prices next time. It is not sent to us.
• Analytics: we may use Google Analytics to understand which pages are useful. It collects information such as pages viewed, approximate location and device type.

We use Google AdSense to show ads. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this website or other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visits to this site and/or other sites on the internet.

You can opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings. You can also opt out of some third-party vendors' use of cookies for personalized advertising at aboutads.info. To learn more, read how Google uses information from sites that use its services.

Where the law requires it, we show a consent message before personalized ads or analytics cookies are used. You can change your choice at any time from the privacy settings link in the footer.

• To run, secure and improve the website.
• To review price reports and update typical prices and ranges.
• To reply to your messages.
• To show advertising that keeps the site free.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your price reports to identify you.

We share information only with service providers who help us run the site, such as our hosting company, Google (advertising and analytics) and our security and caching providers. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

Approved price reports are kept as anonymous price records, without personal details. Server logs and rate-limit records are deleted on a rolling basis. Emails are kept only as long as needed to answer them.

Depending on where you live, including California and other US states with privacy laws, you may have the right to know what personal information we hold, to ask us to delete it, to correct it and to opt out of targeted advertising. To make a request, email contact@burgerkingmenu.us. We will not treat you differently for using these rights.

This site is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top of this page.
